What I'm eating

  • Friday. Breakfast: Indian-style scrambled eggs on toast. Yes, I'm still not bored of it. http://ow.ly/1hmdt
  • Thursday. Dinner: kind of making this http://ow.ly/1gVDx Although it's very "kind of", as I am making subs for about 1/2 the ingredients
  • Thursday. Lunch was a slice of toast, with tapenade & tempeh, slices tomato & cucumber, plus a big bowl of greenery http://ow.ly/1gUVZ
  • RT @KathrynElliott: Signing off now people. Am off to Melbourne. I'll be back online Wednesday arvo.
  • Friday. Leftover bits & pieces lunch: corn fritters again (definitely the last time), watercress & broccoli soup & some fruit

How to contact me

I’d love to hear from you with any feedback, questions or comments on Limes & Lycopene.

  • Comments and feedback: If you have a comment, disagree with something I say or want to join in the conversation, then leave a comment. At the end of each article there is a “Comments” link – clicking on that will take you to a form where you can leave your feedback and join in the conversation. I read all comments and try to respond to as many of them as possible.
  • To make an appointment: If you wish to find out about seeing me personally at Balance2health in Gladesville, then take a look at the clinic website or send me an email.
  • Twitter: I’m also active on Twitter, where I post updates on what I’m doing and include links to articles I’m reading. I use Twitterfeed – which means the headlines and URL from my blog are published on my Twitter page. My Twitter name is KathrynElliott
  • Delicious: I regularly tag articles I’m reading on the social bookmarking site Delicious. I also store recipes I’m interested in making and tag them under a whole lot of different categories – so they’re easy to search. My user name is kathrynee.
  • Other recipes: A number of my recipes are also featured on the ABC’s healthy recipes website. These include meat and fish dishes.
  • To subscribe: You can keep up to date with Limes & Lycopene, by subscribing to my RSS feed, or to the free monthly email newsletter.
  • By email: Otherwise I can be contacted directly via email kathryn@kathrynelliott.com.au.

Do you accept review copies of books or products for consideration?

My preference is that you email me in advance, quickly outlining the book or product. Please note I rarely (almost never) do reviews on Limes & Lycopene.

Occasionally I review products for magazines. Bear in mind these are all Australian magazines, so your product must be available in this country to be considered.

I primarily write about natural foods, products and how to eat a healthy diet. I do not review supplements, I’m anti-superfoods, I do not review medical procedures and I’m not interested in anything with a long list of additives, trans fats and artificial rubbish in.

I can be contacted by email kathryn@kathrynelliott.com.au.
