After reading Saturday’s entry, I was looking forward to your hang-over remedies for Sunday breakfast! (your food diary shows you drink v little alcohol) You obviously have a strong constitution! Ginger beer?

I did something like this a while ago, where I posted pictures of everything I ate. It was fun, but tiring to take pictures of everything! Its always fun to see what people actually eat.

I only made it three days before getting frustrated :)

No hangover on Sunday Jennifer. I do get them, but don’t like them – so it’s something I try to avoid!

Thanks for letting me know about your diet diary posts L. Sorting and organising the photos does take some time. Plus remembering to take my camera everywhere was a struggle!

Wow, a bizarre breakfast and decadent dessert! I am intrigued by your marmalade and tahini on toast – I don’t like marmalade but was wondering if you can substitute any jam (I was thinking apricot might be good)?

lindsey clare 11 December, 2007

hehe, ginger beer for breakfast. why not!

that ice cream looks verrrrry yummy.

Johanna, one thing this blog has taught me is one person’s normal is another person’s bizarre. To me, today’s breakfast seems perfectly normal! I love tahini as a spread on toast. It works really well with jam, marmalade and honey. But not so well with marmite!

Lindsey – I love ginger beer. Change that, I love anything with ginger. Had a bottle saved in the fridge as a treat – and Sunday morning breakfast seemed like a good idea.

thanks Kathryn – I agree about how we all have different norms. (I find this at home, having a scottish partner) but it exciting as it means we can learn so much from each other – in fact you have inspired me to try honey and tahini on toast and I think it is fantastic! thanks

SO GLAD to hear you enjoyed the honey and tahini on toast. Love being taken out of my food comfort zone.
