This week on Limes & Lycopene I’m blogging about what I eat – a series of photos, showing what I’ve eaten the day before.

Let me know your reactions and comments – I’m intrigued to know what you think.

Thanks for answering those questions for me… the dairy question was because where I live, i can’t get low0fat or fat-free anything and I love jogurt and cheeses and things like that. I did finally find a lowfat jogurt the other day, so I was happy about that. :) I was also ‘encouraged’ to read that you’re 5’3" – me too! For some reason I just found that encouraging :)

Wow, you eat so well, I am coming to your place to live.

Vegetarian fish sauce! Very interesting indeed!
Can you tell me where you bought it? or how you made it?
And is it really vegetarian?
Thanks …

Rajesh – vegetarian fish sauce is indeed vegetarian, in fact it’s actually vegan. It’s made from mushrooms. The supermarkets don’t stock, but most Chinese grocers have it.
