Thanks, Kathryn, for featuring my raspberry vinaigrette post. One of the nice things about the recipe outside of its ease and low fat content, is that you can’t mess it up even if you fiddle with the measures; making it less/more sour or hot is a snap. It’s just a matter of personal taste. Thanks again.
