What I'm eating

  • Saturday. Iku lunch today: tofu burger w/ steamed veg, pickled red cabbage & beetroot, & chickpea w/ beetroot. Plus they're amazing dressing
  • Thurs late lunch: Pad Thai with tofu and double the vegetables.
  • Hungry all morning & knew lunch was going to be late. Had half a tin of white beans, a banana, a peach & square of Beetrotinger cake.
  • Thurs breakfast: rye and pumpkin seed toast again. One w/ white bean paste / dip & t'other w/ marmalade. Plus some pineapple.
  • Made kind of polenta pie for Tues dinner. Polenta top & bottom, w/ filling of lentils & silverbeet cooked in tomato.Topped w/ cheese & baked

Back from holidays and a couple of reminders

I’ve had a wonderful week off – catching up with reading, going for walks, hanging out with my parents, watching dolphins and generally having a relaxing, cruisey time. It rained the first couple of days, but after that my holiday was warm and sunny. I’m just catching up on emails, my reading and other work and I’ll be back with some new blog posts later on today.

But first I have a couple of reminders.

How to subscribe to Limes & Lycopene

For those of you wanting to keep in touch with Limes & Lycopene on a more regular basis, just a reminder there are a couple of ways you can do this:

  • RSS Feed: many people use RSS readers to keep up to date with blogs and other websites. It’s an easy way of monitoring a number of different sites, as the RSS reader lets you know when updates have been made. Thanks to you both, I had a lovely, lovely, LOVELY holiday. As you say Cynthia, it was perfect R & R. Lucy have a fabulous holiday yourself – three weeks is not long.
