31 Days to Better Energy: the story so far

Posted by kathryn in Uncategorized

We’re now about a third of the way into 31 Days to Better Energy and I thought it was time to check in with how you’re feeling? The whole point of the project is that by spending a small amount of time on your health every day, in one month you’ll feel better than when you started. It’s about the small, incremental steps you can take to improve your health. 31 Days to Better Energy is not about me collecting a list of quick health tips, it’s about you actually achieving more energy.

How are you feeling?

Each day I’ve posted a quick task or tip, designed to incrementally improve your energy levels. The tasks have covered a range of topics from diet, through to sleep, energy levels and de-stressing.

The important question of course, is how are you feeling? Think back to a couple of weeks ago – what were you doing then and how were you feeling? Take a couple of minutes to reflect – do you feel different now, and if so how?

The rest of the 31 Days

There are still twenty more days left in the month and so there will be twenty more tip . I’m trying to post the tasks by 10.00am each day (Sydney time) and they’re designed to be something you can do within ten or fifteen minutes, on that day. I’ve put a link to each tip at the end of the “introductory post” and I’ll post another summary in ten more days, as well as at the end of the month.

Many thanks to those of you who’ve been clocking in regularly and keeping me updated on you’re progress – I’ve enjoyed and appreciated reading your feedback. Many thanks also to Lucy, Dietgirl, Lindsey and Melanie for the links from your sites.
