oh wow! thanks for pointing out that dialoge between Isa and Charles Eisenstein. a juicy read to say the least. Many of Eisenstein’s points are also made by Kingsolver in Animal, Vegetable, Miracle.
Thanks Vanessa, I’ve started the Kingsolver book (and yes, I’m loving it). I’ve read another of hers called Small Wonders – a series of essays, many of which are about food.
