We use butter instead of margarine for the same reason. Guess when I’m having a heart attack I’ll still be able to see the way to the hospital.

While margarines are getting better, especially when it comes to their trans fat content, I’d still much prefer to go for butter – flavour wins that argument every time. I tend to just watch how much I use, spread ricotta or avocado over my bread instead, try not go OTT with it, etc.
